When you are touched by the Power of God you will never be the same. Intercession is a great part of seeing the move of God operate within the Body of Christ and in the World. Additionally,when the Body of Christ comes together in corporate prayer the Lord is going to pour out His Spirit. Therefore, miracles, signs and wonders, healing, deliverance and salvation are not only for the believer but will also draw the unbeliever to receive Jesus Christ as their personal Saviour. Paul gives us the central secret of Christian power in (Eph. 6:10:11), “Be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his power ‘Put on the whole armor of God, so that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.” Christians are unconquerable in the Lord and have the protection of his power when they put their spiritual armor on. Victory occurs when confidence is placed in Jesus. That is when defenses against the wiles of Satan are possible.

When a sinner comes to Christ, he receives power to become a son of God and after Salvation, he can receive extra power from God. (Acts 1:8 and 2:38), describes this extra endowment of power as the Baptism of the Holy Ghost. (Gal. 5:1); (I Pet. 2:11) shows how to clean up lives. Walking in a holy life is the requirement to successfully war against the powers of darkness.

Entering the kingdom of God is by obedience to the will of God. Moreover,the new birth is evidenced by obedience and not lip service.“Not everyone who say’s to me, Lord Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of my Father in heaven.” “But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves,” (Jam. 1:22).

Personal Prayer: In obedience to His Word and His will, I will make it. Lord I am weak, but I know through my weakness, You are made perfectly strong. Even though the Devil has taken dominion over certain areas of my life ,I willingly resist Satan’s strongholds over my mind, will, body and spirit. In Jesus name, I bind all the evil roots to my flesh. I release my will to You, Jesus. I let my flesh die and ask You to fill me with Your Holy Spirit. I shall live for You and with You forever and forever.
