Freedom in Christ is a relationship with Him.
- “And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus,” (Eph. 2:6).
“The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly,” (Jn. 10:10). - “He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil,” (1Jn. 3:8).
- “And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free,” (Jn. 8:32).
- “If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed,” (Jn. 8:36).
Center your attention on Jesus, (Rev. 12:11). - “And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death,” (Rev. 12:11).
Allow the Holy Spirit to have His way with you.
- “Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come,” (Jn. 16:13).
Bathe yourself in the Scripture.
- “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth,” (Jn. 17:17).
The Bible is the written Word of God.
- “Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God which liveth and abideth forever,” (1Pet. 1:23).
Fellowship with Bible-believing Christians, (Gal. 6:2).
- “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with un-righteousness? And what communion hath light with darkness?” (2Cor. 6:14).
Emulate Jesus through His Word.
- “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage,” (Gal. 5:1).
Soulwinning should be the main business of every Christian.
- “In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them,” (2Cor. 4:4).
Truth of God’s Word Exposes Satan and his lies.
- Demons hide from the truth.
- Freedom from spiritual conflicts and bondage is not a power encounter.
- Truth is the encounter with light.
The best thing we can do for this sinful world is to remain faithful to the Lord and shine the gospel beacon.
- If we fail to live our faith, they will not see the living word working in our life.
- “Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by Me,”(Jn. 14:6).
Power of the Cross:
- Power unto salvation to everyone that believes.
- Satan defeated at the cross, (Col. 2:15, Heb. 2:14, Lk. 10:17-20).
- “Of which salvation the prophets have inquired and searched diligently, who prophesied of the grace that should come unto you,” (1Pet. 1:10).
Power of liberation from slavery to Satan.
- “But we are bound to give thanks alway to God for you, brethren beloved of the Lord, because God hath from the beginning chosen you to salvation through sanctification of the Spirit and belief of the truth,” (2 Thess. 2:13).
Power of preservation from all the attacks of the enemy
- “Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage,” (Gal. 5:1).
- We are more than conquerors.
